Firstly we would like to congratulate Philip & Niamh on the birth of their third child. Baby Colum Rothwell arrived at 3.30 yesterday afternoon, weighing in at 6lbs & 14 ounces. Mother and Baby are both doing great thankfully.
We were a little disappointed with Rathlin being beaten into 2nd place yesterday in Clonmel. This was however, his first time over hurdles and his first run in 11 months and we believe that there is quite a lot of improvement to come from this horse in teh future.
Some of our horses are not scoping 100% right at the moment, this is mostly due to weather conditions unfortunately. In saying that, this weather is much easier to work in rather than the frost of last week.
We have been delighted to see some new owners coming on stream in the last couple of weeks, we wish them every success.
We are looking forward to Tally Em Up taking part in the Mares Maiden Hurdle in Leopardstown on Sunday. If she's healthy we hope she'll run well.
