Our horses all ran well over the weekend with Beneficial Spirit putting in a very good performance in Roscommon in the Connacht National to finish 2nd to Charles Byrnes runner who was a little better handicapped. We were very pleased with his performance.
We will have two quiet enough weeks ahead on the racing front with there being no jump racing held for one of these weeks. It will be full steam ahead in the yard however with the usual schooling planned for our hurdlers and steeplechasers and, perhaps a bit of spring cleaning for Fairwood Stables also.
We will have runners in Down Royal, Gowran and Kilbeggan next weekend.
