Well, we are finally back in action after a long withdrawal from our updates. I have to apologise once again for not bringing you the latest from Fairwood, but the good news is we have lots to fill you in on and hopefully we won’t have any more technical problems on the lead up to Christmas!!!
We have had 2 winners in the past month the first being Ta Blazes who narrowly battled off her stable mate Mount Welcome in Tramore, it was a very exciting finish and great to see the horses back to their true form. Paddy O Dee also picked up the spoils when winning the Handicap Chase in Downpatrick on the 15th of this month. Congratulations to all involved. We have had plenty of placed horses and a few of these being Lough Coi, Fairwood Massini, Mount Welcome and Mayo Mistique to name but a few.
Looking to the bank holiday weekend with runners in Dundalk this evening, Naas Saturday and Wexford on Sunday and Monday, definitely plenty to keep us busy and worth taking a look at our runners in Wexford on Monday. Ta Blazes carries 10/3 in the handicap Hurdle and I would be hopeful that she has a great chance again off this nice low weight. We also have other hopefuls on the day with, Paddy O Dee and Ard agus Fada who both run in the Handicap chase. Luddsdenene also runs in the Beginners Chase.
There has been plenty to keep us busy at home with quite a few young horses newly broken and in light work, a few of these are showing great potential and giving us something to look forward to, in the new year, watch this space!!!!
Check back with us on Monday with an analysis of our weekend runners and a look at our runners for Thurlus on Thursday. We also have a new bunch of horses for sale and these can be viewed on our horses for sale page which is currently being updated.
We would also like to wish Charlotte the very best of luck in the future as she is heading for home at the weekend having been here with us for the past year and a half.
